  I was  reading an email of the PBA Capitol report saying that an 8yr drop program is being approved by the legislative. Do we see this Improving staffing to where our season veterans will stick around long enough  to where vacancies will actually get filled.  Just to show one of many things PBA fights for. If the Union Voice STAYs we can be heard.

I look at like this will be another option for Staff. If they get in (drop) and want or need to stay, then it is an option, so yes I see that a few will hang around longer. They PBA works on a lot of fronts for the betterment of Deputies.
