On Monday, March 17, 2008 the Lakeland City Commission voted 7 to 0 to ratify the successor Collective Bargaining Agreements for Officers, Sergeants and Lieutenants. The successor agreements for all three groups extend to September 30, 2009.
Detective Marolda received confirmation today that the one time bonus and the pay raises, retro to February 6, 2008, will be reflected in our regular pay check on Friday, March 21, 2008.
We are now focused exclusively on finalizing the pension ordinance for the restructured Police Pension Plan.
