Hello all,
 
Long story short, after phone calls that followed up the letters the WCFPBA sent to the HCSO, Mr. Jeff Stull and Mrs. Ellen Leonard  have come to a decision.  Apparently, there is an HCSO staff meeting tomorrow (Tuesday March 25 th) at this meeting Mrs. E.  Leonard says that everyone who will be sitting at the negotiation table with the WCFPBA will be at this meeting. She says that she will be able to get a date scheduled for contract talks and then she will call Mr. Stull with the contract negotiation date the same day Tuesday March 25 th.

Hello Steve,

       Did Mr. Stull indicate whether or not this might be a stall tactic in anticipation of a re-vote? Word is that there was enough votes to submit to PERC? Has anything been said to the PBA?

       Did Mr. Stull indicate whether or not this might be a stall tactic in anticipation of a re-vote? Word is that there was enough votes to submit to PERC? Has anything been said to the PBA?

Mr. Stull did not mention the words "stall tactic". There has not been a vote as of yet. There was a petition with enough signatures on it to call for a another vote, that petition was submitted to PERC already. There will be another vote in the near future. Once again you can thank those individuals who orchestrated this petition for yet another delay (stall tactic) in getting a contract resolved. Also those who understand the need for a union need to spread the word.
