The West Central Florida PBA is governed by the Executive Board and the Board of Directors who are elected by the membership. This means the PBA represents and works for each individual member.
The Association advocates the position of the law enforcement personnel in:
- Contract Negotiations
- Labor Management Meetings
- Grievance Procedures
- Legislature
- The Courts
