PBA STAFF:
Nick Marolda, President: Nick is an 18 year veteran with the Lakeland Police Department. He is currently assigned to the Narcotics Special Investigations Unit and is a member of the DEA Task force.
Jim Diamond, Director of Opeations: Jim has over 37 years of experience in law enforcement. He is an internationally renowned expert in Lethal / Non-Lethal Police Use of Force issues and is the preferred expert of the WCFPBA when Use of Force issues arise in arbitration or in the courtroom. Jim has also served for many years on the WCFPBA Board of Directors.
Mike Rouleau, Senior Vice President: Mike started with the Sheriff's Office in January of 1986 and received a medal of honor in 1990. He has worked with the PBA for 7 years and is President for the Hillsborough County Law Enforcement Department. He has taken several courses on union management.
Steve Dickey, Vice President: Steve has been with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office for 27 years. He was promoted to Corporal in 1987 and is currently working as a Shift Corporal at the Orient Road Jail. He was assigned to the transition team that was responsible for training staff for the opening of the Orient Road Jail. He also worked in Administration as the Accreditation Coordinator for several years. He is the President of the WCFPBA Chapter for the Hillsborough County Detention Department.
Jeff Stull, General Council: Jeff has been the WCFPBA's attorney for over 30 years. He has responded to over two decade’s worth of Police Shootings and is a widely recognized expert in that area. His area of expertise is in labor relations, which is of vital interest to Law Enforcement personnel who rely on his experience in contract interpretation, disputes and arbitrations.
Chuck Haber, Hillsborough Labor Representative: Chuck is retired from the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, having served for 27 years. During his career at HCSO, he served as a Road Deputy and SRO. He was also a member of the Gang Suppression Unit and the Narcotics Unit.
Dawn Dickey, Office Manager: Is responsible for tbe day to day operations of the office; updating membership records; and assisting in a variety of other integral duties
